This boat is a unique piece of Yngling history as it is from the batch of the first ever 20 Ynglings that was built 1968 in Norway. To my knowledge this is the oldest boat still racing competitively. Since it’s restoration in the early 90:s it has participated in most Worlds. It has won races both at Worlds and Europeans and fails only when her skipper makes stupid decisions. Being an old lady she has some battle scars but a good soul. And yes, I will keep sailing the Yngling!
